The Workout Horoscope is your astro-timed weekly training plan — seven days mapped to Mars transits, the lunar phase, and your body's energy profile, so every session lands when it should. Each day gets a category, an effort level, and a clear focus. Day 1 is free; the full week opens on Starter.
What each day gives you
A full week, planned day by day:
- A category — deload, build, strength, power, conditioning, mobility, or rest.
- An effort level (RPE) — how hard to go, plus the best time of day (anytime, midday…).
- Focus · Avoid · Recovery — exactly what to do, what to skip, and how to recover.
- The astro evidence — the lunar phase and its pressure, your body indices (energy drain, rest need, overstim threshold), the day's key aspect, and Mars's sign bias. Real timing, not a generic split.
Here's how to read it, click by click.
- Open it from the menu. Tap the moon icon in the top menu, then pick this reading from the dropdown — that's the surest way to open any module. (Its card may also be waiting on your dashboard.)
- Find the Workout card on your Dashboard. After you log in, your training week sits on your home screen.

- See your week, day by day. Each day is its own card — category, effort level, best time, and your Focus / Avoid / Recovery for the day.

- Open the astro evidence. Expand a day to see exactly why it's planned that way — the lunar phase and pressure, your body indices, the key aspect, and Mars's bias.
