How does billing work?
Payments are processed securely by our payment partners — Google Play for the Android app, and Dodo Payments (our Merchant of Record) on the web. You are charged in your local currency on your monthly or annual billing date.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel directly from the Google Play app or your Google account subscriptions page. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees.
How do I get the annual discount?
Select the Annual toggle above before upgrading. You will be billed once per year at a 20% reduced rate. You can switch back to monthly at the next renewal.
Can I switch between Starter and Pro?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time — through Google Play if you subscribed in the Android app, or in Settings → Subscription on the web. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?
The Free tier is permanent — use it as long as you like. Upgrade only when you want to unlock the deeper layers.
Are there any usage limits?
Yes — and we state them openly. AI Chat is capped per day by plan: Free 10, Starter 20, Pro 30, Premium 50, Lifetime 50 messages/day (reset at midnight UTC). Dream Journal: Free 5 dreams total (1/day), Starter 1/day, Pro 5/day, Lifetime 10/day. Relationship modules (Pro): Love up to 3 people/day, Friend & Enemy up to 20/week each, Family & Work circles up to 5 members each. Location Scan: Starter 10 cities/day, Pro & Lifetime 20 cities/day. Inviting friends and the free About reading are always unlimited. Because we run on hardware we own, these limits are clear and generous — we never throttle you in secret.
