What it covers

A full week mapped across training categories:

  • Strength, power, and build days when your energy supports load
  • Conditioning and mobility days for capacity and movement quality
  • Deload and rest days when pushing would cost more than it gives

It's mapped to Mars transits, the lunar phase, and your body's energy profile — so the hard days fall when you can actually use them.
