How accurate is AstroNoir?
The astronomy is calculated with Swiss Ephemeris to a fraction of an arcsecond, and we apply the established rules of the craft on top of it. The AI then interprets your real chart — it never invents. More in Accuracy & Precision.
How much content do I actually get?
Far more than a one-line horoscope. Your Natal Blueprint alone runs ~7,900 words — a short book about you — and an active Pro member can receive over a million words of personal astrology a month, more than the entire Harry Potter series. What do Starter and Pro add?
Starter opens the specialty horoscopes (Chinese, Vitality, Workout, Lunar), the Monthly forecast, Location Scan, the Connection Report, and a 3-day strategy window. Pro adds your Natal Blueprint, Karmic Debts, the Love / Family / Work / Friction / Friend horoscopes, the Dream Journal, a 30-day window, and AI Chat (30 messages a day). Can I get PRO without paying?
Yes. Bring people to AstroNoir who join, and you earn PRO days on the reward ladder — all the way to lifetime PRO.
How many AI Chat messages do I get a day?
Everyone can chat with the personal astrologer daily: Free gets 10 messages a day, Starter 20, Pro 30, and Pro Lifetime 50. Your allowance resets at midnight UTC. See AI Chat.
How many people can I read? Is there a limit on connections?
There's no limit on how many people you add — each one gets a full Connection Profile, and from Starter a full Report too. The recurring relationship horoscopes have fair-use caps: Love for 3 new people a day, Friend and Friction for 20 a week, and Family / Work circles of up to 5. More in Membership & Tiers.
Do I need my exact birth time?
It helps a lot. Your birth time sets your ascendant and houses; being off by a couple of hours can shift planets between houses and change a reading. AstroNoir still works without it, but it's sharper with an accurate time. See Getting Started.
Can I change my birth details after signing up?
Your date, time, and place of birth are locked — they're the foundation of every calculation, and changing them triggers a full recompute of your whole chart. To correct them, send the right details to Support and we update it for you. See How to Change Your Birth Details.
Which zodiac do you use — tropical or sidereal?
AstroNoir uses the tropical zodiac, the seasonally-anchored system standard in Western astrology, applied consistently across every module. We do not use sidereal/Vedic.
What languages is AstroNoir available in?
The app is currently available in English, German, French, and Serbian, with Spanish and Italian on the way and more European languages to follow. Switch anytime in Settings. For a language we don't fully support yet, you can install the Web App and use your browser's translation.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes — there's an Android app, plus a Web App (PWA) you can install to your home screen on any device. An iOS app is coming soon. Get them from Settings.
Is my data private? Will people see what I read about them?
Your readings are private to you. Reading someone's Profile or Report is one-directional and never notifies them, and love readings are viewer-private by design. See Privacy & Your Data.
Can I opt out of AI training, or delete my account?
Yes. We anonymize all reports and plan to use them to improve our model, vocabulary, and precision — but you can opt out anytime. You can also export your data, reset your personality calibration, or delete your account entirely (there's no undo). It's all in Settings and explained in Privacy & Your Data.
Is this fortune-telling?
No. Astrology here is a lens for reflection, pattern, and timing — not prediction of facts. Readings are for insight and entertainment, not a substitute for professional advice.
How do I add someone?
Invite them with a link, or connect directly if they're already on AstroNoir. Details in Adding Connections.
Something's broken, or I need help — what do I do?
For anything that looks broken, use Bug Report from your account menu — it opens a thread you can chat through with us. For account, billing, or birth-data questions, use Support. Both give you a real reply, not an auto-responder.
Can I suggest a feature?
Yes — the Roadmap is community-driven. Suggest what you want, vote on everyone else's ideas, and the most-wanted ones get built.
